Darlee Elisabeth Patio Dining Set With Cushions - 72 Inch Oblong

PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by entire transaction. I phoned in my order as I had many questions and was apprehensive purchasing a patio set I had not seen or felt. Kristen was polite, patient, and extremely helpful as she guided me through the process. She made a difference. I have never dealt with a sales person who paid such loving attention to my needs. Patio set arrived and the boxes were falling apart as they had been drenched somewhere along the way. The trucking company was awesome as he was concerned about the condition of merchandise as we stood looking at the packaging. The last week the west coast has had severe rains so I could understand how this occured. Anyway, he was courteous and actually helped me slice the boxes open to inspect merchandise that was in tip top shape. Remember, this is constructed to sit outdoors. Two of the cushions are questionable or possibly I am too much of a perfectionist. Had I hand picked them I would have chosen others. There is a flaw in them. With as helpful as Kristen was I am not about to bother her over these. I would not hesitate for a moment ordering from this company again and definately would recommend their services. As far as quality of holding up; time will tell!
